HOW DO I ACCESS THE BVSLEVENTS.COM WEBSITE?

The site is accessible via any device with an internet browser. It's recommended that you bookmark the url bvslevents.com on your devices for quick access.

You can also access the site via the Belmont Village employee intranet.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SUBMIT MY EVENT REQUEST?

Allow 6 weeks prior to your event for creative production. Events submitted less than 6 weeks prior to event date are subject to approval by the corporate events marketing team.

HOW DO I KNOW MY REQUEST HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

You'll receive a confirmation email confirming your submission. The email will contain a PDF attachment including all of your event details as submitted. The confirmation email should be received no more that 5 minutes after completing the request form.

WHEN WILL MY INVITATION GO IN THE MAIL?

Postcards and invitations are scheduled to arrive in mailboxes 2 weeks prior to the event date.
